SPEED & QUICKNESS TRAINING We have developed the perfect speed & quickness program for any athlete that wants to improve their all around athleticism. Our training programs cover all the explosive areas that athletes need to become better players in their respective sports. Speed and Quickness training not only helps athletes increase their sprint times - it is a great way to increase endurance, mobility, and coordination. This program also teaches the proper mechanics needed to actively teach the body to work explosively and pain free. Our program is open not only to Baseball/Softball players, but for athletes in all sports who want to take their game to the next level.
Our Programs Include: - Ladder Programs - Great for quick feet and coordination
- Boxes - Excellent for increasing explosive vertical jumping
- Medicine Balls - Develop dynamic trunk rotation and abdominal strength
- Swiss Balls - Increase balance and core strength
- Hurdles - Awesome drills to increase propreoception.
- Ground Base Programs - Different drills to increase leg strength & explosiveness
